  • Arna completed a double degree in Exercise Science & Physiotherapy from Sydney University.
  • She has worked in private practice and Hurstville Private Hospital, where her love of Obstetric Physio began.
  • She had her first baby in 2010, started her own business in 2011 (now Bump Physio & Co!) and welcomed her second baby in 2012.
  • Following the arrival of her children, Arna took up Trail Running and likes to compete in the occasional Ultra-marathon.
  • Nicole is a Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor as well as a qualified in Western Acupuncture & Needling.
  • This is a very popular form of managing aches & pains throughout pregnancy and the post-natal period.
  • This skill, along with having 2 small children (with a strong history of reflux!), makes Nicole a valuable member of the Bump team!
  • Jill has worked in both private practice and St George and Kareena hospitals since becoming a qualified Physiotherapist.
  • She also has vast experience teaching Pilates.
  • Jill enjoys the outdoors, keeping very busy with 3 young children.
  • Combining her experience as Mum & Physio, she understands the challenges of babies and the effect having them places on our bodies.
  • Amy joined the Bump Team following working as a Physio at St George Hospital.
  • In 2019, Amy welcomed twins and is a wonderful influence on the Twin Community in the Sutherland Shire, providing support & education.
  • Combining her Physio/Pilates skills and her twin knowledge, Amy is valuable member of the Bump Team.
  • Kay has been the Practice Manager of Bump Physio & Co since the business began in 2011.
  • In this time, Kay has been kept busy holding many babies whilst continuing to keep the practice running on a daily basis.
  • She has 2 adult children and loves to travel the world!
